ਸੁੱਖੀ ਬਾਠ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਾਸੀ ਪਰਵਾਸੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹੈ।ਉਹ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਹਰਦੋਫਰੋਲਾ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਮਮੂਲੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅਰਜਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਠ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਇਅਾ।ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਅੱਠ ਭੈਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੱਲਾ ਕੱਲਾ ਭਰਾ ਸੀ।1978 ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਬੀ ਏ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਕੇਨੇਡਾ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸ ਕਰ ਗਿਆ।3 ਸਾਲ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਰੜੀ ਮੁਸ਼ੱਕਤ ਭਰੀ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੇ 6 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਗੁਰਦਵਾਰੇ ਮਜਦੂਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਬਾਦ ਗੁਰਦਵਾਰੇ ਭਾਂਡੇ ਮਾਂਝ ਕੇ ਸੌਂ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸੀ ।ਬਾਕੀ ਢਾਈ ਸਾਲ ਟੈਕਸੀ ਚਲਾ ਕੇ ਨਿਰਬਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ।1981 ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਰ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਕਰੀ ਕਾਮੇ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਤੀ ਹੋਇਆ।ਆਪਣੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਤੇ ਲਗਨ , ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਪਰਵਾਰ ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਭੈਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਦਾ ਫਰਜ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਲਗਨ ਕਰਕੇ, ਉਹ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਜਨਰਲ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ।
ਪਰਵਾਰਕ ਜੀਵਨ
ਉਸ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ 1979 ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਅਾ।1985 ਤੱਕ ਉਹ ਦੋ ਬੱਚਿਅਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਧੀ ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਬਣ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਸੀ।ਸੱਚੇ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਗੁੜਤੀ ੳੁਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਸੀ।
ਵਪਾਰਕ ਅਦਾਰਿਅਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ
1991 ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਸੁੱਖੀ ਮੋਟਰ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਤੇ ਮੋਟਰ ਵਾਹਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਈ ਵੇਚੀ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਅਰੰਭਿਆ।ਹੌਲੀ ਹੌਲੀ ਉਹ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਇਸ ਵੇਲੇ 5 ਕੰਪਨੀਅਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਨ ਆਰ ਆਈ ਸੋਲੂਸ਼ਨਜ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਲਾਨਾ ਵਪਾਰ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਡਾਲਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ।[3]
ਸੁੱਖੀ ਬਾਠ ਫਾਊਂਡੇਸ਼ਨ
1994 ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸੁੱਖੀ ਬਾਠ ਫਾਂਊਡੇਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਈ ਦਾਨੀ ਕੰੰਮ ਅਰੰਭੇ[3] , ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੀਅਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਦੀ ਕਰਾਉਣਾ[4] ਪਰਮੁੱਖ ਹੈ ।ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੈਂਪ ਲਾਉਣੇ, ਕਿਰਤਮ ਅੰਗ ਲੋੜਵੰਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਹੱਈਅਾ ਕਰਵਾਉਣੇ, ਵਤਨ ਛੱਡ ਪਰਵਾਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੱਦਦ ਕਰਨੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੁ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਖੜੇ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਣ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਪਸੰਦੀਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਹਨ।2016 ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਇਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਲਗਭਗ 50 ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੈਂਪ , ਲਗਭਗ 30-40 ਜੋੜਿਅਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਕਰਾਂਉਦੀ ਹੈ।
