}}}} ਮੰਗਤ ਭਾਰਦਵਾਜ, ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰ੍ਬੁੱਧ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਨ [1]ਜੋ ਅਜਕਲ ਬਰਤਾਨੀਆ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਕਨੋਕ (Cannock) ਵਿਖੇ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ । ਉਹਨਾ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਵਿਆਕਰਣ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਖੋਜ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਿਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੈ।ਉਹਨਾ ਦੀ ਖਾਸ ਵਿਲੱਖਣਤਾ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਆਕਰਣ ਲਿਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਕੁ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪੁਸਤਕ "ਕੁਲੌਕੁਅਲ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ : ਦਾ ਕੰਮਪਲੀਟ ਕੌਰਸ ਫਾਰ ਬਿਗਨਰਜ਼", (Colloquial Panjabi: The Complete Course for Beginners) 1995 ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਤ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ । ਉਹਨਾ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਕ ਰੌਟਲੈੱਜ (Routledge) ਵਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। [2] ਉਹਨਾ ਦੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਆਕਰਣ ਦੀ ਦੂਜੀ ਮਹਤਵਪੂਰਣ ਪੁਸਤਕ " ਪੰਜਾਬੀ : ਏ ਕੰਪਰੀਹੈਂਸਿਵ ਗਰਾਮਰ " (Punjabi: A Comprehensive Grammar) ਹੈ ।ਉਹਨਾ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਵੀ ਰੌਟਲੈੱਜ (Routledge) ਵਲੋਂ ਹੀ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2016 ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ।[3]
