ਭਗਵਤੀ ਚਰਨ ਵੋਹਰਾ (4 ਜੁਲਾਈ 1904 - 28 ਮਈ 1930) ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਦੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀਵਾਦੀ ਸਨ। ਉਹ ਹਿੰਦੁਸਤਾਨ ਸੋਸ਼ਲਿਸਟ ਰਿਪਬਲਿਕਨ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਕਾਰ ਸਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਬੰਬ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਣ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ। ਐਚ. ਐਸ. ਆਰ. ਏ. ਦੇ ਇਨਕਲਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੁੱਲ 105 ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 72 ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਲਿਖੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਕੀ 33 ਭਗਵਤੀ ਚਰਣ ਵੋਹਰਾ, ਸੁਖਦੇਵ, ਬੁਟਕੇਸ਼ਵਰ ਦੱਤ, ਮਹਾਂਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਆਦਿ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਲਿਖੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਚਾਰਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ, ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਆਗੂ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਸੀ। ਵੈਸੇ ਤਾਂ ਸੁਖਦੇਵ, ਬਟੁਕੇਸ਼ਵਰ ਦੱਤ, ਸ਼ਿਵ ਵਰਮਾਂ, ਵਿਜੇ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਸਿਨਹਾ ਆਦਿ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾਵਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਐਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਸਨ, ਪਰ ਚਿੰਤਨ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਗਵਤੀਚਰਣ ਵੋਹਰਾ, ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਕਰੀਬ ਸਨ। ਵਰਣਨਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ਼ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ-ਚਰਚਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਭਾ ਅਤੇ ਐਚ. ਐਸ. ਆਰ. ਏ. ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨਨਾਮਾ ਭਗਵਤੀ ਚਰਣ ਵੋਹਰਾ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਵਿਚਾਰਯਾਤਰਾ ਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕੀ ਸਹਿਯਾਤਰੀ ਸਨ।

ਬੰਬ ਦਾ ਫ਼ਲਸਫ਼ਾ

ਇਸ ਲੇਖ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਸਰ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਿਖਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਦਰਅਸਲ ਇਹ ਲੇਖ ਭਗਵਤੀ ਚਰਨ ਵੋਹਰਾ ਨੇਚੰਦਰ ਸ਼ੇਖਰ ਅਜ਼ਾਦ ਦੀ ਮੱਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਲੇਖ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ, ਲਾਹੌਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਰਾਏ ਦੇ ਕਮਰੇ 69 ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਬੰਬ ਫੈਕਟਰੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਲੇਖ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੇ ਲੇਖ 'The Cult of Bomb' ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ 23 ਦਸੰਬਰ 1929 ਦੀ ਇਨਕਲਾਬੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦਾ ਖੰਡਨਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।
