ਅੱਛਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਛੀਨਾ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ 2 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 1899 ਨੂੰ ਪਿੰਡ ਹਰਸ਼ਾ ਛੀਨਾ, ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਖੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ. ਸੰਤਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੰਬਰਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਕਿਸ਼ਨ ਕੌਰ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਹੋਇਆ।
