ਹਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੈਣੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਲਈ ਜੂਝਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਇਨਕਲਾਬੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਗਦਰ ਲਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਮਰਾਜ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਬਗਾਵਤ ਉਕਸਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਇਲਜਾਮ ਲਾਕੇ 16 ਮਾਰਚ, 1917 ਨੂੰ ਬਰਤਾਨਵੀ ਬਸਤੀਵਾਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਲਾਹੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਾਂਸੀ ਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਤੇ ਤੀਜੇ ਲਾਹੌਰ ਸਾਜ਼ਸ਼ ਕੇਸ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਚਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।[1][2]
