}}}}ਰਜ਼ੀਆ ਖ਼ਾਨ ਅਮੀਨ (1936 - 28 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2011) ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਲੇਖਿਕਾ, ਕਵੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰੀ ਸੀ। [1] ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ, ਥੀਏਟਰ ਅਦਾਕਾਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰ ਦੀ ਕਾਲਮ ਲੇਖਕ ਵੀ ਸੀ। ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਚ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਲਈ 1997 ਵਿਚ ਇਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਪਦਕ ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। [2]
ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਰੀਅਰ
ਖ਼ਾਨ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਮੌਲਵੀ ਤਮੀਜ਼ੂਦੀਨ ਖ਼ਾਨ ਇਕ ਰਾਜਨੇਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਸੇਵੀ ਸਨ। [3]
ਖ਼ਾਨ ਨੇ ਢਾਕਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੈਚਲਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਪੂਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ। [4] ਉਹ ਉੱਚ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਲਈ ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦੀ ਸਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਤੇ ਬਰਮਿੰਘਮ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ।
ਖ਼ਾਨ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਦੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਆਬਜ਼ਰਵਰ ਦੇ ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋਈ (ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ 'ਦ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਆਬਜ਼ਰਵਰ' ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ)। ਫੇਰ ਉਹ ਢਾਕਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋਈ। [1]
18 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿਚ, ਖ਼ਾਨ ਨੇ 1958 ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਨਾਵਲ ਬੋਟ ਟੋਲਰ ਉਪਨਯਾਸ਼ ਲਿਖਿਆ। [4]
