ਸੀ. ਮਾਰਕੰਡਾ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਟੂਸੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ 18 ਫਰਵਰੀ 1944 ਨੂੰ ਪੰਡਿਤ ਬਾਬੂ ਰਾਮ ਮਾਰਕੰਡਾ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਹੋਇਆ।
