ਮੁੱਢਲਾ ਜੀਵਨ

ਅਨਵਰ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ, ਬਰਤਾਨਵੀ ਭਾਰਤ (ਹੁਣ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ) ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ[1] ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਹੌਰ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ। ਉਥੇ ਉਹਨਾ ਨੇ ਤਾਲੀਮ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ, ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਆਪਣੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਾਪਸ ਆ ਗਏ ਜਿਥੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ "ਜ਼ਿਮੀਂਦਾਰਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ" ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਲੀਮ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ।
