The time allocated for running scripts has expired.{{#if:| }}{{#if:| }}{{#if:|{{#if:||}} }}The time allocated for running scripts has expired. ਡਾ. ਗੁਰਦਿਆਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ (1915–1992) ਭਾਰਤੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਅੰਤਰ-ਪਾਰਲੀਮਾਨੀ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ (1973–76) ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ[3] ਅਤੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ (1980–82) ਵੀ ਰਹੇ।[2]
ਅਰੰਭਕ ਜੀਵਨ
ਗੁਰਦਿਆਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿਲੋ 6 ਅਗਸਤ 1915 ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਵੜ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਏ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਪਿੰਡ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ' ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਪੱਛਮ ਵੱਲ ਲਗਪਗ 20 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਦੀ ਦੂਰੀ ਤੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਲਜ, ਲਾਹੌਰ ਤੋਂ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਲਾ ਕਾਲਜ, ਲਾਹੌਰ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ 1947 ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰਸਾ ਛੀਨਾ ਮੋਘਾ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ।[4]
