ਕਾਕਾ ਹਾਥਰਸੀ (18 ਸਤੰਬਰ 1906 – 18 ਸਤੰਬਰ 1995) ਦਾ ਅਸਲੀ ਨਾਮ ਪ੍ਰਭੁਨਾਥ ਗਰਗ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਵਿਅੰਗਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਸਰਸ ਕਵੀ ਸਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੈਲੀ ਦੀ ਛਾਪ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਵੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਤਾਂ ਪਈ ਹੀ, ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਅਨੇਕ ਲੇਖਕ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਅੰਗ ਕਵੀ ਕਾਕਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੈਲੀ ਅਪਣਾ ਕੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਸ਼ਰੋਤਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਠਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਨੋਰੰਜਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
