ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਤ (ਜਨਮ: 5 ਅਪਰੈਲ 1969) ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਉੱਘੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਕਵੀ, ਕਥਾਕਾਰ, ਪਟਕਥਾ ਲੇਖਕ, ਨਾਵਲਕਾਰ, ਸਤੰਭਕਾਰ, ਸੰਪਾਦਕ ਅਤੇ ਬਲਾਗ ਵਿਸ਼ਲੇਸ਼ਕ ਹੈ।[1][2] ਉਸ ਨੇ ਲੱਗਪਗ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਵਿਧਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਵਿਅੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਗਜ਼ਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ। 1991 ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗਜ਼ਲ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਿਹ ਹਮਸਫਰ ਨਾਲ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਉਹ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਇਆ। ਲਖਨਊ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਦੈਨਿਕ ਜਨਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਟਾਈਮਸ ਅਤੇ ਡੇਲੀ ਨਿਊਜ ਐਕਟਿਵਿਸਟ ਦਾ ਉਹ ਨੇਮੀ ਸਤੰਭਕਾਰ ਰਹਿ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਹੈ।
